At OB/GYN Associates, part of the HCA Virginia Physicians network, our dedicated team of obstetrician gynecologists (OB/GYNs) provides women's care. These doctors specialize in obstetrics care, which focuses on childbirth, and gynecologic care, which focuses on women's reproduction.

Our nurse navigator, Holly Ayers, gives you direct access to an experienced labor and delivery nurse who can help you understand what to expect, connect you with helpful resources and feel more prepared before and after birth.

Holly can help with:

• Questions after appointments or test results
• What to expect during pregnancy, labor, delivery and postpartum recovery
• Education about inductions, cesarean births, preeclampsia, diabetes and other high-risk conditions
• Scheduling childbirth classes and labor and delivery tours
